Disappointed many times over can’t get an order rightOrdered pizza well done and cheesesteak extra cheese sauce on sideI get par baked pizza and cheesesteak with onions even after telling them to double chek that Not worth the drive any more I was a loyal customer for years but they can’t seem to get their act together

Good food and great atmosphere

My boyfriend took me here for dinner. He's been here many times since he was a young boy. We enjoyed a pepperoni pizza and fries. Both were very good. I had a salad as an add on. It was fabulous. The place was a bit messy I guess from a big party that left as we got there. The staff were very kind and on the ball. We will go back and try other things on the menu.

I had a cheese steak and french fries. The cheesesteak was very tasty. the roll was exceptionally good. Only complaint I have about the front dining room is that they need to change the lighting they have some very harsh white light LED lighting that's harsh on the eyes they need to change it to soft white other than that my experience at the crossroads was very good. The staff was courteous and attentive. The Establishment is wheelchair accessible.but they can definitely use a few more handicap parking spaces in their parking lot they only have one space and only accommodates a car not a wide space for a van with the wheelchair. I cannot comment on bathroom accessibility since I did not have to use the facility. Bottom line is the next time I am in Hellertown and in the mood for a great cheese steak I am going to back to crossroads also I will be recommending this establishment to all my friends

Burger was thin and was overcooked. Asked for medium rare but came dry n well done. Not much variety. Service good.

Nice setup inside and they even have a pickup area for orders. Pricing is decent as well.

Great atmosphere. Steak sandwiches were out of this world. French fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. It was out first time here. I will definitely go back!!!

Interesting steaks, good beer selection, all reasonably priced, with good atmosphere and people to talk to. What's not to love?

I must say the chilli is amazing and I recommend it. I also had their cheesesteak and it was delicious. One of the best cheesesteaks I've had in a long time. Loved it .

The service was lackluster and the food was not noteworthy. This place is surviving on reputation alone, and even that may be declining.

Excellent food at great prices. Staff often aren't very friendly, but me and my family have been coming here for years and we love the food so I can look past the poor customer service. All in all, I think the new owners are doing a great job!

Beautiful environment, great service and Delicious food . Haven't stayed in the hotel but I would recommend it to anyone to try this place .

Service was brusque, almost to the point of rudeness. Cheesesteaks have an off-putting sweetness and little flavor otherwise. You can't beat the prices - so if your priority is price, then this joint will be great for you.

Absolutely the best place and food

Not a fancy place but it's a hellertown landmark and they have the best cheese steaks and pizza.

Love this place. They have very unique and delicious thin crust pizza that you can't find anywhere else. They have won best cheese steak in the Lehigh Valley numerous times. The fries and chicken salad are great, and the antipasto is loaded! Beer prices are good, but they do not have much of a liquor selection. It is an older crowd atmosphere (not the party spot if that's what you're looking for) and they do close at 9 on weeknights and 10 on the weekend. They do usually get very busy for dinner between 430 and 730 most nights, just an fyi.

A great place for a quick bite, steak sandwich, burgers, pizza ECT. With a full bar.

I've only had their steak sandwich, so far- weekday lunch. It might just be The Best. Service was good, prices low. Try it!

We've been going to the Crossroads for years. Staff is like family and the food is always good. There is always a good crowd here and we always find ourselves coming back here.

I have been eating here since I was a child, and their food is definitely one of a kind! Their pepperoni is one of a kind, not like the typical pepperoni you would find on a pizza, and their sausage has a flavor to it that I have yet to be able to place. They take high quality ingredients, put it on a pizza, and it's the best damn pizza you'll ever have. They also sell frozen cheese pizzas, and you can ask for a little container of their toppings to take home to be able to make your own at home! This place will always get a 10/10 for me! 😊 ❤

Amazing food great service

Amazing pizza and cheesesteaks. Go there kind of often. Wish they had deals or coupons sometimes but still worth it. A friend likes the burgers also. Try the bacon pizza!

Visiting my mother from the Midwest and miss East coast pizza. The crust had the perfect crunch and cheese to sauce ratio was on point! Surprising gem with great service!

Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had here. I think our waitress didn't know how to do anything, forgot our appetizers and every time we asked her a question she had a blank look on her face. It takes one time for me, to never come back.

Pizza good, it's pizza. Don't like that you get charged for every refill of coffee. Really, you can have four cups of coffee and yes you are paying for each cup. So bc of this I will not go back. Pizza is pizza.

Great food, great service! Best part is when the new owners took over they did not change the menu or or ingredients they were using. We dine in or take out about every other week!
